Open Door: Open House Sign-In Kit

If You Run Open Houses, You Can Get Honest Visitor Feedback Even From People Who Won't Sign In

Twenty people walk through on Sunday. Four sign the sheet, nobody says what they really thought, and Monday the seller asks, "So what did people think?"

• What you get
• Five fillable open-house layouts: welcome sign, property facts, optional visitor sign-in, anonymous feedback, and thank-you.
• Visitors can give feedback without leaving contact details.
• US Letter and A4 (2 PDFs, 10 pages).
• 1 ZIP with a START HERE guide.

Straight talk: you supply accurate property details and any notice needed for collecting contacts. No contracts, disclosure forms, QR codes, CRM connection or compliance guarantee, and you need a PDF app that fills in forms.
