A prompt pack doesn't fix the real problem, because a prompt is a work order. It's one instruction for one task, and it dies the second the task is done.
What's missing is a job description: who this worker is, what they own, what standard they work to, and what they never do. A job description outlives the task. Everybody selling prompt packs is selling you a stack of work orders for employees you never hired.
Most people run everything through one chat. One chat doing every job does three things wrong:
You wouldn't call that a bad employee. You'd call it a bad setup. More prompts don't change the setup. They just hand the same overloaded chat more work orders.
Before you buy anything else, find out what you keep re-teaching. Open the AI you use most, in a chat where you've done real work, and ask it to:
Write the list down. Don't polish it. Every item on it is something a job description would have handled once.
The check shows you the leak. It doesn't build the crew. If you hand out every job, check every job and redo half of every job, you're the boss, the foreman and the only worker. That's not a business. It's a second job on top of your first one.
