Payment data is collected solely to process your transactions. We use third-party payment processors, currently SamCart, PayPal, and Stripe, and are transitioning parts of our checkout and client-management systems to GoHighLevel. If you join our free community (currently hosted on Skool, "Built Different"), your community profile, posts, and activity within that platform are also governed by Skool's own privacy policy. If you interact with us through social media (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook, LinkedIn), we may see publicly available information tied to your profile. Adjust your privacy settings on those platforms to control what's public.
When you contact us by email, chat, or any other channel, we may retain records of those communications, including content and timestamps, for customer support and business operations.
We use AI tools in building and running this business, and plan to introduce customer-facing AI chat and voice assistants as part of our website-building and marketing services (see Section 4). When you interact with any customer-facing AI tool we operate, we may collect and store the content of those interactions.
If you engage us for website-building, marketing optimization, or related services, we may collect additional business information reasonably necessary to perform that work (site content, branding assets, analytics access, ad account access where you grant it).
We use personal information to: create and manage your account or community membership; process payments and deliver purchased digital products or courses; provide website-building and marketing services you've engaged us for; communicate with you about orders, support, and your account; send marketing communications where you've opted in; personalize and improve the Services; conduct analytics; comply with legal obligations; detect and prevent fraud; and protect the rights and safety of Gen X Still Standing and our users.
We use artificial intelligence tools, including AI-assisted content creation and, as our services expand, AI chatbots and voice agents delivered to our own website-building and marketing clients ("AI Agents"). When you interact with an AI Agent, you are communicating with an automated system, not a human. We will clearly identify AI interactions at the outset wherever we deploy them.
Interactions with any AI Agent we operate may be stored and reviewed to improve quality and accuracy. Anonymized or aggregated data may be used to improve our systems. You may request deletion of your AI conversation history at any time by contacting us at glen@genxstillstanding.com.
AI-generated content, including anything produced by our own courses, tools, or client-facing bots, is provided for informational purposes only and is not legal, financial, medical, tax, or other professional advice. Don't make critical decisions based solely on AI-generated information without independent verification.
Where we operate an automated chat or voice agent, we disclose clearly and at the start of the interaction that you are talking to a bot, consistent with applicable law.
You may always request to speak with a human instead of an AI Agent through whatever channel that AI Agent is deployed in.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to outside parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to understand how visitors use the site and, where applicable, to deliver more relevant advertising. In short: essential cookies keep the site working; analytics cookies (where used) help us understand traffic; advertising cookies (where used, e.g. Meta Pixel for our own marketing) help measure ad performance. Where we run analytics or advertising on our own site (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and similar), those platforms may use their own cookies to track interactions with our content and ads. If and when we offer SMS communication (for example, through GoHighLevel once connected), your opt-in data, phone number, and consent records will not be shared with any third party for marketing purposes beyond what's strictly necessary to deliver the message. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary: account/community data for the life of your account plus a reasonable period after; transaction and billing records as required by tax law (typically 7 years); marketing records until you opt out; AI interaction logs until you request deletion or as needed to improve our systems. We can't control third-party processors' own retention — contact them directly if you want data deleted from their systems.
We use commercially reasonable safeguards, including SSL/TLS encryption in transit, access controls, and PCI-compliant payment processing. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security. You're responsible for keeping your own account credentials confidential.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of data (Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, health data, biometric data, financial account credentials, racial/ethnic origin, religious beliefs, criminal history) through our standard Services. Please don't submit this kind of information to us.
